- Our Design Team is leaded by 2 Hungarian - Mexican Architects Csaba Fazekas and Miguel Angel Gutierrez, last one entitled with a Master Degree from the prestigious Metropolitan University of North London. from the other side the Construction Team is leaded by Luis Osnaya with more than 30 years construction experience in all Texas, Atlanta and Illinois .

ROHEAL is created in 1997, by Rose Mary Vargas an independent Interior Design consultant who visualized the possibility to extend boundaries, creating new architectonical forms and merging all constructive areas in one activity. this idea came concretized when she materialized her dream creating a multidisciplinary team with one focus DESIGN, BUILT AND ENJOY. Under this Three main objectives ROHEAL S.A. de C.V. began activities in Mexico City, having different clients, being the main one the government of Mexico City.
After the big success Roheal began to develop new urban plans for different cities but also work for other federal agencies in Mexico such as INDAABIN an agency in charge of the creation and maintenance of all Mexican International Port of Entries a long the border with Mexico and United States. for us this was the starting point and the opportunity for our team to design new facilities for different ports of entries in the regions of Baja California and Tamaulipas, Mexico.
Regarding to private sector, we also attended several clients with the opportunity to work for them in different projects, however the most awarded and with a better projection is the Bustamante House.
in recent years new partnerships came to our firm resulting in an extension of our office but also to complement our work with different visions which motivated our enthusiasm trying to get the firm international, as result of this the company establish their first firm outside of Mexico, with the name ROHEAL USA LLC in 2016 and based in San Antonio Texas with the only vision they distinguish us since the early 1997, cretae and built with a goal, MINIMUM SPACE AND MAXIMUM LIVING.
